Shipping & DeliveryWhatcom Wine & Spirits Inc. processes orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays)
Properly completed orders received prior to 6:00pm PST will begin processing the same business day. Orders received after 6pm PST will begin processing the next business day (a business day is any day Monday though Friday excluding holidays). Packages ship from our store in Abbotsford, Canada.
Currently, we ship only within British Columbia.
Whatcom Wine & Spirits Inc. will not be held responsible for delivery times estimated by Canada Post, Fedex or any other third party services used.
Privacy & SecurityAll payment information is transferred from your computer to our servers using a secure, encrypted protocol (https). As part of our ongoing efforts to combat credit card fraud, we may require additional identification.
Under the privacy policy we will not disclose, to any third parties your name, address, email address or telephone number unless we have been authorised by you.
OrderingBy making a request/order you are offering to purchase a product which we will accept to sell to you on the following Terms and Conditions. All requests are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price by us. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees warranties or representations made as to delivery times are limited to B.C. and are on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or force majeure.
Whatcom Wine & Spirits Inc. are absolutely entitled to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by emailing you or else by calling you. When making a request you undertake that all details you provide to us requesting goods or services are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your purchase and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
Payment, Pricing & PromotionsWe accept major credit cards (American Express, Visa, and MasterCard) as payment. All orders are subject to HST (12% tax) charges. Whatcom Wine & Spirits Inc.
reserves the right to amend prices on the site at any time. From time to time, despite our endeavour to maintain accurate and correct pricing on the website, there may be mistake(s). If there is a mistake, you will be notified via email before the product(s) are dispatched to you. Shipping charges are not included in the price of the product.
Updating Account InformationLog on to whatcomwine.com and click My Account to update your personal information online. If you have lost or do not remember your password please send an email from the email account/address you used to register. We will only send password information to the email address listed under the account/address. Password information cannot be given out over the phone.
